I'm a scientist, a hairdresser, a displaced Texan, and a lover of life. I complain (frequently) but I'm proactive about it-- I don't just sit around and whine, waiting for the world to change for me. I change it myself on a daily basis and I like to write about it. Just so you know.
I also love to cook and bake, especially a variety of Asian dishes.
I am hopelessly in love with shokugan and the natural world.
Most entries are friends-only. I add most people back, so feel free to add me. I should warn you, though: I really don't want to meet anyone born in the 90's. You make me feel old.
